Description
Beefsteak Tomato, Carbon:
This is an indeterminate (i.e. constantly growing), beefsteak tomato variety. Dark purple skin and umptious, umami flavor.
To Plant: at least 3ft of space from all directions. I usually plant no more than 4 tomatoes per 4’x6’ garden bed. Will need *ample* support via tomato cages or trellising. Fruits get large and heavy!
To Harvest: Press bottom of fruit for softness. If soft, pull fruit up, so it gently snaps off the plant.
Beefsteak Tomato, Nepal:
This is an indeterminate (i.e. constantly growing), beefsteak tomato variety. Deep red skin and classic tomato flavor. Great for sauce or slicing.
To Plant: at least 3ft of space from all directions. I usually plant no more than 4 tomatoes per 4’x6’ garden bed. Will need *ample* support via tomato cages or trellising. Fruits get large and heavy!

This is an indeterminate (i.e. constantly growing), “Sungold” cherry tomato variety. Sweet like candy!
