Radish – Sora: Classic, round, red radish. Great with a smear of butter and a sprinkle of salt.
To Plant: Place seed on soil surface. Poke it into the soil with your finger up to your first knuckle (about ½”). Repeat as desired. Don’t forget to water. 30(ish) days later you’ll have some fine snacks. Sow a new batch of seeds every 2 weeks to have a supply all spring and into summer.
To Harvest: Usually ready 30-45 days from planting. Pull out and enjoy! Greens are also edible, and taste like spinach.
